lady at carles jr, why were you so nice. you work in fast food. im going to get you a raise.

people at target registers that make jokes with me make my day.

lady at the rose garden: carma, you are my hero. i would buy things from you anyday. not only is your name carma, but you are the freaken sweetest lady i have ever met.

last, i want to thank dave. dave, you are super rad.
and that is my rant on customer service. mostly people in utah [and idaho, apparently] are super nice. but sometimes, i just dont get it. and so i blog. today has been a long long day.
